To maintain shine and help extend the life of your jewelry, store pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not being worn and gently polish with a soft cloth as needed.

We want you to love your Amber Johanna pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Final sale items, custom pieces, earrings, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Please allow 2 business days for order processing on all standard shipping orders. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
